Dislike of the day: my daughter waking up soaked in peeeeeeeeee

Today we are venturing over to the coooouwntry (remember) to have our family pics taken by a good friend. I will then repay the favor by taking her family pics sometime this week. We were supposed to go this morning but the sun was not in our favor. We settled for afternoon pics and warm pizza to follow with those great friends. Can't get any better than that! Hopefully Anna-Kate doesn't remember her weekend of many meltdowns while we were there and decide to repeat the whole ordeal again. She is currently down for a nap in hopes of her being super happy during picture time.

At lunch she was having so much fun hitting her daddy in the head with her head and cracking up about it (I got it on video...and a picture-see above). See, this is why our kid has a bruise on the front of her head, things like this, things that she finds entertaining that I find painful looking. Silly girl. Yeah, um, the bruise on her forehead is from her sliding down a slide on her tummy and then bumping her head on the bottom of the slide. No worries though, she thought it was funny. We all gasp and hold our breath to wait for her to start waling away and she giggles. Love my girl. I couldn't ask for any more personality from her silly self. Now, to the bottom right is a picture of her and her friend "Bear" apparently having an important conversation (based on her look and posture). It's sooo funny and CUTE! I mean goodness gracious, look at that face! Hahaha! She cracks me up and most definitely keeps me on my toes...especially since she started walking. It's so weird to look over and see her walking up. My goodness, she's growing up too fast! Sometimes I wish I could stop the time and make her still so I can just sit and stare at her.
