35 weeks

35 weeks! Only 5 weeks or less to go. How insanely exciting. My hubby thinks she'll come the last week of January and my mom thinks the third week soooo really it could be like 3 weeks away of something. Whoa. We'll see who is right. I don't think I really have an opinion. Unborn babies are so unpredictable ;-).

We'll be leaving on Monday afternoon for Waco where we'll spend the night and head out the next morning for Kansas. I called my doctor and the nurse I spoke to says they don't recommend travel past 34 weeks. When I told her we'd be driving she said, "oh, okay, then just stop every couple of hours to walk around and drink lots of fluids". Apparently they don't recommend flying past 34 weeks but driving is okay until closer to 36 weeks. So that's good! I feel confident that we'll make it there and back without a baby :-). Hubby is making me take the hospital bag just in case. He's so cute.

I've been wondering for a while if she's head down yet because she has always been transverse or with her head on my right side and her feet up on my left side by my ribs. Yesterday I thought about it again and then she got the hiccups. I was sitting down and could feel them...um...yeah, while I was sitting. So I'm assuming that means her head is finally where it should be :-). Who knows though. She is still moving a lot and even though the books all say she should be in final position right now and not turning flips I'm pretty sure she still manages.

I finished my seven day treatment for the infection and all seems back on track with that. BUT when one pregnancy related ailment is cured another presents itself. I'll definitely be keeping that one to myself. You'd thank me, I promise.

Well, other than preparing for a busy next few weeks and getting bigger by the day there really isn't much else happening.

You'll be hearing from me when we return from our trip...or maybe in route...who really knows. I'm hoping AK will get to see her first glimpse of real life snow! She would be SO excited!
