post Fourth fun

I woke up tired this morning. Very tired. I had a terrible dream lastnight and it took me quite a while to go back to sleep. It felt good to tell it to my husband since he was just getting in bed and then I just layed there praying for peace and eventually fell back to sleep. Thankfully the rest of my sleep was good.

Anna-Kate was ready to roll this morning after breakfast and I was feeling mega guilty about laying on the couch for two hours while she watched cartoons. So I pulled myself together, got dressed, got her dressed, packed some bags and we were on our way...to the spray park. She was so excited when I told her she was going to get to play in water! I whipped through McD's drive-thru and picked up a couple cheese burgers and then we were truly on our way. I figured since it was late Sunday morning everyone else should be in church, right? Everyone but us. Sure. I guess it was true because their was only one other family there with us. It was nice for it to be more quiet than hectic. Once the pool opened they went over to the other side to swim. Then another family showed up with a little girl so AK still had someone to play with. She had so much fun and I was sure to coat her entire body, from head to toe, with sunscreen. Lots of sunscreen. She's just so white, like her momma. I remembered my camera this time so here are some pics from today! (Please excuse the poor quality. I had the ISO's set wrong. Gggrrrrr.)













She had fun, like she always does in water, and we came home and both took a nice nap. Ahhhhh.
